TarotCopes for August 31 – September 6, 2014

[Tweet “I read my tarotscope every week. Do you? Check it out.”]

Welcome to this week’s TarotCopes. No, I’m not misspelling tarotscopes. ๐Ÿ˜€ I’ve decided to rename them since I hope you can use them to cope.

Before we dive in, I want to show off the gorgeous Tarot bag made for me by Rowan&Raven. Using antique fabrics and embellishments, Rowan&Raven create truly beautiful pieces. I own three bags. Trust me when I say, I will own more. The work put into these is nothing short of master artisan level. You won’t be disappointed with a treasure from Rowan&Raven. (and no! I’m not getting paid to say that.)

Tarotscopes for December 15-21, 2013

This week’s deck has been charming the socks right off me! And as cold as it’s been in Texas, that’s bad. But I just can’t get enough of Lunea Weatherstone and Gary A. Lippincott’s fabulous Victorian Fairy Tarot.

Welcome to your weekly Tarotscopes!

Tomorrow night join me as I chat with Bindiya Aravandekar about her approach to coaching using the Akashic Records. We will be taking questions from the chat room. I’m really looking forward to this show and hope to see you there. The show is called You Never Know hosted by PEN.

Remember that I am doing three card readings via email for anyone who buys the . Buy the Life version, the Business version or the combo in downloadable form then email me to set up your reading. Yes, I believe in this workbook wholeheartedly because of my own personal experience in working with it. I am definitely an evangelist when it comes to this and I didn’t even COMPLETE it. No lie! ๐Ÿ˜€

I’m pretty thrilled with the results my is producing. Folks are loving using Tarot to plot their way to “the end.”

Cake, Solomon + Justice

That’s a hard job. To be fair to all without adjusting here and there for yourself. I learned this lesson as a kid.

Victorian Fairy Tarot The MagistrateToday’s card is from a brand-new deck. It’s by Lunea Weatherstone with art by Gary A. Lippincott. I saw this one online and wanted it for the artwork. I love the era it is set in. The Victorian Fairy Tarot looks delicate to me with the soft colors and fairies that abound. I shuffled the deck without looking through it (I normally view the cards first). My focus was what the deck wanted me to know about our relationship.

The Magistrate, or Justice, showed up. I did read the description to learn that the flower is the rudbeckia which means “justice.” I love that he contemplates the scroll in front of him while barefooted and outside.

This card really carries the compassionate side of justice for me. Our legal eagle is considering all the possibilities. No snap judgement from our judge. He is fair in all things even when it may not be the best for himself personally.

That’s a hard job. To be fair to all without adjusting here and there for yourself. I learned this lesson as a kid.

“You cut the cake into two pieces but your sister gets to pick which piece first.”

That is a living example of Justice. I had to cut the cake as evenly as possible. There was no making my slice just a bit bigger or making sure my slice had the best piece of icing. [Tweet “My mother was Solomon reborn and the cake was the baby.”]

Now we all have areas where it is hard to be fair to all without putting ourselves first. What are those areas in your life? I know for me one is my Tarot decks and books. I want to keep the best for myself. ๐Ÿ˜€

Your journal prompt for today is “How can I make the fairest decisions for all with compassion?”

Is one of your goals for 2014 to write that book? Let me help you with a thirty-three day eCourse. You’ll use Tarot to plot your hero’s journey as well as get handouts and journal prompts to encourage you.
